Shipping
We hand-pour and pack orders in small batches. Orders usually ship within 2–4 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days depending on your location in India. Free shipping on orders over ₹1,500; a flat fee applies below that, shown at checkout.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order is dispatched. If anything looks off, message us on WhatsApp or email and we'll help.
Returns & damages
Because candles are handmade and fragile, we don't accept returns for change of mind. If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you.
